  • 8 strawberries stems cut
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • cup white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Make the Strawberry Puree

  • Add fresh strawberries to the pitcher of a blender, along with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Blend the ingredients together until everything is well combined, and the strawberries are fully mashed. Remove the strawberry puree from the blender and set it aside, then rinse out the pitcher to use later.

Prepare the Funnel Cake Sprinkles

  • First, add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a small bowl. Stir until all the ingredients are well combined, then add the butter and maple syrup to the bowl. Use a fork to fold in the butter until small crumbles form. Set the topping aside.

Blend the Frappuccino

  • Add the coffee, ice, milk, maple syrup, caramel sauce, vanilla syrup, and cinnamon to the pitcher of your blender. Place the lid on top and blend for around one minute until the ice is thoroughly chopped and the ingredients are smooth and well blended.
  • Layer the Drink
  • Start by placing a few tablespoons of strawberry puree in the bottom of the glass. Top it with a few tablespoons of funnel cake sprinkles. Then, pour the cup halfway full of the Frappuccino mixture. After that, repeat the layers of strawberry puree and funnel cake sprinkles. Top the glass with the Frappuccino mixture until it’s full.
