Roasted Air Fryer Red Potatoes

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb red potatoes quartered
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Morton's Nature’s seasoning this is a blend of onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper *See notes to make your own blend
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ tablespoon parsley
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese shredded

Instructions

  • Rinse red potatoes and cut into quarters.
  • Place red potatoes in a large bowl and add minced garlic, olive oil, Nature’s seasoning, salt, paprika, parsley and shredded parmesan cheese. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Place in the air fryer basket. Do not over crowd the potatoes, so cook in batches, if necessary.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 12-15 minutes, until potatoes are soft to puncture with a fork. Halfway through cooking time, remove basket and shake potatoes to redistribute.
  • Remove from air fryer and serve immediately.
