  • 2 cups watermelon seeds removed and cubed
  • 1 cup strawberries rinsed and stems removed
  • ¼ cup freshly squezed lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda
  • ice for serving, if desired
  • watermelon wedges for garnish
  • fresh mint for garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender, add the watermelon and strawberry and blend until smooth.
  • Add the honey and lime juice and blend again until combined.
  • Pour into your preferred serving glasses over ice.
  • Add ¼ cup sparkling water or lemon-lime soda to top. Stir and enjoy!
