  • Preheat the oven to 350 F and prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl or stand mixer, mix together on medium speed butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
  • Add in eggs, vanilla, and peanut butter. Mix until combined and smooth.
  • Next, add in flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, and cinnamon. Stir until all flour is combined.
  • Using a cookie scoop, scoop the batter onto the prepared cookie sheet, leaving 2 inches between each cookie.
  • Sprinkle & press M&M’s on top.
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or unil slightly golden.
  • Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

- This batter will not be as thick as the traditional peanut butter cookie.
- The cinnamon adds an extra ‘Christmas’ flavor to this cookie, feel free to also add in Nutmeg!
- The butter should be at room temperature and so should the eggs.
