  • 6 ripe bananas sliced and frozen
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • cup cocoa
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon salt if peanut butter is unsalted
  • 2 cups almond milk

Instructions

  • Place milk into a heavy duty blender. Top with the peanut butter, cocoa, vanilla, salt (if desired) and frozen bananas.
  • Process on high until the mixture is smooth.
  • Transfer to an ice cream freezer container and cover. Freeze until set.
  • If the ice cream is too hard to scoop, allow to set at room temperature for five minutes prior to serving.
