Striped Holland Bell Pepper
You may also use green or yellow bell pepper.

Orange Bell Pepper

Red Bell Pepper

Medium Red Onion

Tablespoon
Olive Oil

Crushed Red Pepper
this can be adjusted depending on preference for heat/spice.
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
Place oven rack in center of the oven. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
Slice peppers and onion into strips about ¼ inch thick.
Arrange pepper and onion slices on a baking sheet.
Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and crushed red pepper.
Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 25 minutes.
