Ingredients

  • 1 lb strawberries washed, hulled and sliced
  • 1 pint blueberries rinsed and drained
  • 1 ½ tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 12 oz package cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ⅓ cup powdered sugar
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 5 oz ladyfinger cookies crushed
  • 4 small serving glasses or plastic cups

Instructions

  • Mix sliced strawberries and granulated sugar in a small mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • On medium speed, mix in the powdered sugar until smooth.
  • Stir in the milk and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Assemble the mini trifles by placing a layer of crushed ladyfingers into the bottom of the serving cups, followed by whipped cream and a layer of blueberries. Repeat the layers and top with the sliced strawberries.
  • Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours before serving, or overnight.
  • Serve and enjoy!
