Ingredients

For the salad:

  • 2 ½ cups Cherry Tomatoes cut in half
  • 1 small Red Onion sliced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 cup Feta Cheese cut into small chunks

For the dressing:

  • Cut 2 ½ cups cherry tomatoes in half. Thinly slice 1 red onion. Remove rib and seeds from red bell pepper, then dice.
  • Cut up Feta cheese into small chunks.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, sea salt, black pepper and dill.
  • Add vegetables and cheese to a salad bowl. Then, add dressing and toss until eveything is coated.
  • Serve immediatly or refirgerate until ready to enjoy!
