Preheat grill
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey with dill, onion powder, garlic salt, parsley and jalapenos. Mix well.
Form patties with your hands and set aside. (I was able to make 4 large patties).
Cook burgers on grill for 12-15 minutes, turning them halfway.
Remove from the grill and let cool.
Place burgers on your preferred buns, top with a drizzle of your favorite Ranch dressing, more jalapenos, and any additional toppings you prefer.
