  • In the Instant Pot, combine the thawed and drained spinach, chopped artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mayonnaise, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic cloves, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper flakes (if desired).

  • Lock the lid in place and set the Instant Pot to "Manual" or "Pressure Cook" mode for 3 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method.
