Start off by washing and peeling the carrots. Then, cut them up into chunky bite-sized pieces
In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dried dill, onion powder, salt and pepper.
Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat, making sure the carrot chunks are coated evenly.
Place carrots in the air fryer basket and cook on the air fry setting at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 13 minutes, until tender and cooked through.
