  • Start off by washing and peeling the carrots. Then, cut them up into chunky bite-sized pieces
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, balsamic vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, dried dill, onion powder, salt and pepper.
  • Add the carrots to the bowl and toss to coat, making sure the carrot chunks are coated evenly.
  • Place carrots in the air fryer basket and cook on the air fry setting at 390 degrees Fahrenheit for 10 to 13 minutes, until tender and cooked through.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Store the leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
