  • Grate the cucumber into a small bowl. Squeeze the liquid out of the cucumber with paper towels.
  • In a medium bowl, mix everything together: yogurt, grated cucumber, vinegar, lemon juice, minced garlic, dill, oregano, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Stir until well combined.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
