  • Once the drippings have become warm, whisk in the flour. Cook until the flour becomes a light golden brown, whisking constantly.
  • Pour the broth into the flour mixture and whisk over medium heat until the mixture begins to thicken to your desired consistency.
  • Stir in the salt and pepper and remove from the heat.
  • Drizzle over your turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing, enjoy!
