  • Blend the smoothie ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth. Use a tamper to help push down the smoothie contents. Adjust milk to reach desired consistency.
  • Pour the blended smoothie into two serving glasses. Serve as is or garnish with sliced fresh bananas, enjoy!

Notes

Best served same day. Store leftover smoothie in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in a covered container. Note that the consistency will not remain the same.
Whole milk was used. Vegan milks can be substituted.
Adjust sweetness and coffee concentrate to taste.
You can substitute maple syrup with honey, date syrup, sugar or sweetener of choice.
