  • cup ice
  • 1 cup milk of your preference (Regular, Coconut, Almond, Oat, etc.)
  • ½ orange peeled
  • ½ large carrot chopped into chunks or about 5 baby carrots
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a smoothie maker/blender.
  • Blend until well combined and smooth.
