Ingredients

  • 12 Pack Hawaiian Rolls
  • 1 ½ Pounds Leftover Pulled Pork heated
  • 2 Cups Coleslaw
  • 12 Bread and Butter Pickle Chips
  • 1 Cup BBQ Sauce
  • 4 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter melted
  • 1 Teaspoon BBQ Seasoning
  • Minced Parsley optional garnish

Instructions

  • Gently place the rolls, top up, on a moveable surface such as a cutting board and use a bread knife to cut them in half in order to have a top and bottom just like any traditional sandwich. Place the tops aside and leave the bottoms, inside up, on the board.
  • Spread the leftover pulled pork over the rolls, evenly.
  • Spread the coleslaw over the top of the pulled pork, evenly.
  • Place one pickle on each slider section. Using the large pickle chips makes it fill out each slider the best.
  • Drizzle the top of the pickles with your favorite BBQ sauce.
  • Grab the tops of the rolls and place them on top, making sure to line them up with the right top and bottom match for the best fit.
  • Place the bbq seasoning in the melted butter and stir well. Brush onto the tops of the sliders.
  • If desired, sprinkle some minced fresh parsley over the top of the sliders. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For the best results, avoid assembling these in advance to prevent sogginess. Choose your preferred coleslaw - whether classic red cabbage or traditional chopped - and feel free to customize with store-bought or homemade options.
Select a bbq sauce you love for a flavorful kick; adjust the amount to suit your taste. Substitute pickles with your favorite or omit them altogether if desired.
Feel free to assemble the sliders individually for easy enjoyment or all at once for efficiency. Use any BBQ seasoning you have on hand for a delicious twist.
