Equipment

  • Small Dish needs to be able to hold at least 20 ounces of fluid
  • Whisk

Ingredients

  • Sugar Free Strawberry Jello 0.3 oz
  • 10.6 Ounces Plain Greek Yogurt two 5.3-ounce cups
  • 1 Cup Boiling Water
  • ½ Cup Cold Water
  • Sugar Free Whipped Topping optional garnish
  • Fresh Strawberries optional garnish

Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine the jello and boiling water. Stir until the jello has dissolved.
  • Add the cold water and stir.
  • Add the yogurt to the bowl and use a whisk to gently combine it with the jello.
  • Pour into a small dish and refrigerate for 2 hours or until fully set.
  • Garnish with sugar free whipped topping and fresh strawberries, if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

• Store, covered, in the fridge, for up to 4 days. Do not garnish before storing. Do not freeze.
• You can use other jello flavors and other yogurt flavors, but this could change the nutritional information, so just be aware of that aspect.
• Adding fruit will add sugar, so it’s completely up to you if you add it in.
• Just as a heads up, if you don’t like Greek yogurt, it’s possible you won’t like this either, since the yogurt flavor isn’t masked well. Adding fruit helps mask the yogurt flavor, but not completely.
