  • Beat cream cheese with a mixer until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients until fully combined. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
  • Cover and chill the dip in the refrigerator for an hour before serving, or overnight to help the flavors marinate.
  • Allow the dip to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite crackers or bread, enjoy!

Notes

*Giardiniera is an Italian style pickled vegetable relish. I used mild giardiniera for this dip, you could substitute with spicy. I also prefer to finely chop the giardiniera, you can dice it to your liking.
This relish is a popular Chicago area condiment!
To store, keep the dip in an airtight container for up to 2-3 days in the refrigerator or up to 2-3 months in the freezer. To defrost, leave in the refrigerator overnight.
