Fruit Kabobs with Cream Cheese Dip

Ingredients

For the Kabobs:

  • 10 Kabab Sticks
  • 1 cup Fresh strawberries
  • 20 Cheese cubes
  • 1 cup Seedless grapes
  • ½ cup Fresh blueberries

For the dip:

  • 4 oz. cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa
  • ¼ cup brown sugar packed

Instructions

  • Rinse and dry the strawberries, grapes and blueberries.
  • Cut the strawberries in half, length wise.
  • Spear a grape to start each kabob.
  • Then, spear on additional grapes, strawberries, blueberries and cheese cubes as desired.
  • Spear another grape at the end to ensure that the fruit does not fall off and to protect the spear point.
  • Store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.

Prepare the dip:

  • In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese and sour cream with an electric mixer until smooth.
  • Mix in the cocoa and brown sugar until well combined.
  • Refrigerate until serving.
