Prepare the Mezze platter in a very large dish or wooden board. The one I used is 10x15 inch.
Place the hummus in a bowl, pour a bit of extra virgin olive oil on top and sprinkle some grilled pine nuts on it. Place in the center of the platter.
Arrange platter with carrots, tomatoes and cucumber first.
Then, add the cured meat. I rolled up the roast beef slices and stood them up for presentation.
Keep building with the other ingredients, filling in gaps with nuts, cherry peppers and olives.
Add tzatziki sauce to a small bowl and place on the cucumber. I chose this spot because the cucumber slices are flat and they pair well with the tzatziki.
Feel free to add more vegetables, antipasto or nuts of your choice.
