Preheat oven to 425.
Prepare a cookie sheet with parchment paper or nonstick foil.
Pour chickpeas into a colander and rinse with water.
Then, spread chickpeas onto papertowels to dry so the seasoning will stick.
Place chickpeas in a medium bowl.
Add the hot sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat chickpeas.
Place in a single layer on the prepared cookie sheet.
Liberally salt and pepper before placing in the oven.
Bake until crisp, about 40 minutes, stirring once halfway through.
Remove from the oven.
Cool on baking sheet and Enjoy!
Store in air-tight container at room temperature.
