Ingredients

cheddar cheese
shredded

chopped fresh herbs
such as parsley, sage, basil

butter
melted

egg
lightly beaten

milk
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Line a muffin tin with paper liners. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder and sugar.
Stir in the cheese and herbs.
In a small bowl mix the butter, egg and milk.
Add the milk mixture to the flour mixture and stir until just combined.
Spoon into the prepared muffin tin filling each cup ⅔ full.
Bake for 25-30 minutes, until golden brown.
Serve warm and enjoy!
