  • Slice the ribeye steak into thin strips. Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces.
  • Mince the ginger and the garlic.
  • Next, make a marinade by combining the oyster sauce, beef stock, chopped ginger, minced garlic, sesame seed oil, and brown sugar in a medium bowl.
  • Add the sliced beef and broccoli florets to the marinade and allow it to soak for five minutes.
  • Set the temperature of the air fryer to 370 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Transfer the marinated beef and broccoli to your air fryer basket, making sure to set the remaining sauce aside.
  • Spread the beef and broccoli in an even layer in the basket and cook the ingredients at 370 degrees for eight minutes.
  • While the meat and broccoli are cooking in the air fryer, prepare the sauce by combining the soy sauce and cornstarch together to create a slurry.
  • Add the cornstarch slurry to the reserved marinade and stir to combine.
  • Add the sauce ingredients to a small saucepan and cook over medium low heat for around five minutes, until the sauce begins to thicken. Then, pour it into a large bowl
  • When the beef and broccoli is done cooking, remove from the air fryer and add to the prepared sauce. Carefully toss the beef and broccoli in the sauce until it’s fully coated.
  • Serve your beef and broccoli over rice or noodles and enjoy!
