Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless pork chops (4-6 pork chops)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 1 oz packet ranch seasoning
  • Fresh minced parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and season both sides of the pork chops with salt and pepper.
  • Sear pork chops for a couple minutes per side in a large skillet over medium high heat with the olive oil and butter.
  • Meanwhile, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, water and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  • Reduce heat to medium and pour the mushroom ranch mixture over the pork chops.
  • Cover and simmer the pork chops in the mixture for 4-5 minutes per side, until the pork is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 145F. (Cooking time may vary depending on thickness of pork chops), occasionally spooning the juices onto the pork chops.
  • Remove from heat and let pork chops rest covered for 5-10 minutes before serving. Serve over mashed potatoes or rice, enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
If your sauce is thickening too quickly while cooking, you can add additional tablespoons of water to thin it out.
