Crack Chicken Dip

This easy to make Crack Chicken Dip recipe is the perfect party appetizer. It is made with cream cheese, spices, mayonnaise, bacon bits and chicken, then served with crackers. It is a tasty hors d'oeuvre that everyone loves and it only takes about 10 minutes to prepare!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • Pinch ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion minced
  • ¼ cup bacon bits
  • cup chicken cooked and diced
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

Instructions

  • Use a sharp knife and cut the chicken into bite sized pieces.
  • In a medium size bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth with a hand mixer.

  • Add the crushed red pepper, paprika, ground cayenne pepper, and minced onion. Mix with hand blender on low speed until well combined.
  • Add mayonnaise and soy sauce, mix until combined.

  • Fold in chicken and bacon bits. Mix well until all ingredients are well combined
  • Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with fresh chopped parsley (if desired).
