  • Bake the cookies according to the package instructions and allow to cool completely.
  • While the cookies are cooling, separate the Twizzlers pieces and tie each piece in a bow.
  • When the cookies are cool, spread a thin layer of white icing on the top of each cookie.
  • Arrange the green M&Ms in circle around the outer edge of the cookie, leaving a small space open on the top. Press the Twizzler bow at the top of the M&M wreath.
