Prep Time: 15 minutes
Servings: 10 servings

Ingredients

  • Fresh herbs - rosemary sage and/or mint. We used rosemary.
  • 4 oz cheese cubes
  • ½ cup mini cheese balls we used marinated mozzarella, drained
  • ½ cup green and black pitted olives rinsed and dried
  • ½ cup plum tomatoes

Instructions

Step One: Arrange the Herbs

  • The first step to preparing your charcuterie wreath is to add a base layer of fresh herbs. Arrange the herbs in a circle around the edge of your serving tray.

Step Two: Add the Cheese

  • After you have created the green background for your appetizer wreath, you can start adding the rest of your charcuterie ingredients. Start by arranging the cheese cubes and balls around the wreath, making sure to leave space between each piece for the other elements of your cheese board.

Step Three: Add the Veggies

  • Once the cheese is added to the board, all that’s left to do is add your tomatoes and olives. Place the vegetables in the empty spaces around the board between the pieces of cheese. Continue adding ingredients until the entire circle is filled.
