  • Stir together the brown sugar and cinnamon until well combined.
  • Slice each banana in half lengthwise, leaving the skin on the fruit.
  • Line the bottom of the air fryer with parchment paper to keep the bananas and caramel topping from sticking to the basket.
  • Place the bananas skin side down in the air fryer basket, making sure not to overcrowd the bananas. Sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the top of each banana and rub it in to make sure it sticks.
  • Place the basket in the air fryer and set it to cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
  • When the cook time is up, carefully remove the caramelized bananas from the basket and enjoy!
