Berry Infused Water

We all know how important it is to drink enough water each day. But drinking plain, boring water isn’t all that appetizing. If you’d rather enjoy a refreshing, sweet drink to cool off, you’re going to love this easy berry infused water recipe!

Ingredients

  • 20 Ounces Water
  • Cup Blueberries
  • 4 Strawberries
  • 2 Fresh Mint Sprigs

Instructions

  • Place the blueberries in the bottom of a container or glass. Use the back of a spoon or other long utensil to squeeze the berries slightly to release some of the juice.
  • After that, remove the stems from the strawberries and slice them in half. Place the strawberries and mint in the glass with the blueberries.
  • Add water to the jar and stir to mix the fruit into the liquid.
  • Place the jar in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for around 8 hours before drinking.
