  • 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red bell pepper cubed
  • 1 yellow bell pepper cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper cubed
  • 1 orange bell pepper cubed
  • 1 sweet onion cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoon Lawry’s Seasoned Salt or your favorite all-purpose seasoning
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce plus more for basting

Instructions

Prep the Ingredients

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 20–30 minutes to prevent burning. Cut chicken and veggies into evenly sized cubes.

Season the Chicken

  • Place chicken cubes in a bowl and toss with Lawry’s Total Seasoning until evenly coated. Let sit for 10–15 minutes while the grill preheats.

Assemble the Skewers

  • Thread the chicken, bell peppers, and onion onto the skewers, alternating colors for a beautiful presentation.

Grill the Kabobs

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high. Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for about 10–12 minutes, turning every few minutes.
  • Baste with BBQ Sauce
  • In the last 5 minutes of grilling, begin brushing the kabobs with BBQ sauce, turning and basting a few times for a sticky, caramelized glaze.

Serve
