Wash potatoes to remove any dirt.
Pierce potatoes with a fork around the entire potato.
Cook at 370°f for 45 minutes or until softened. Remove from air fryer and allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Once cooled, slice open the potatoes along the top. Scoop out the inside of the potato taking care to leave the skin intact.
Add the potatoes, butter, brown sugar, salt, and pumpkin pie spice to a mixing bowl. Mix until smooth. Then, add chopped pecans and mix until incorporated.
Scoop filling back into the skin, top with marshmallows, and cook at 350°f for 5 minutes or until marshmallows start to brown and melt.
Top with pecans, if desired and serve warm.
