  • Cut the spaghetti squash in half lengthwise using a sharp knife and remove the seeds.
  • Drizzle the squash with oil and sprinkle the seasoning on each half.
  • Place both halves of the squash in the air fryer basket and set it to cook at 380 degrees for 18 minutes. The spaghetti squash is finished cooking when a fork is easily inserted into the flesh.
  • Use a pot holder to remove the squash from the basket and scrape the flesh with a fork. Stir the strands of the squash with a fork to spread the seasoning evenly, then top with fresh parsley before serving.
