This Air Fryer Steak with Herbed Butter recipe makes an elegant, yet simple weeknight meal! All you need are nine ingredients including fresh herbs, butter and sirloin steak. Then, with the help of your air fryer and a little prep time you can make a restaurant quality steak dinner in the comfort of your own home.
Finely chop the sage leaves and fresh thyme leaves. Then, mince up the fresh garlic.
In a small mixing bowl, add the softened salted butter, freshly minced garlic, chopped sage and chopped thyme. Mix together until well combined.
Place the herbed butter into a plastic wrap and roll into a log. Place in the refrigerator for 2 hours to chill.
Prepare the ribeye steaks:
Place the steaks on a large plate and drizzle on the avocado oil. Then, sprinkle the steaks with black pepper, salt and Italian herbs making sure they are well coated.
