  • In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar.
  • Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter mixture.
  • Stir in the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon.
  • Stir in the oats and raisins until just combined.
  • Use an ice cream scoop or spoon to scoop up the cookie dough and drop onto the parchment paper in your air fryer tray. Make sure to leave enough space between the cookie dough to spread during baking. You will be working in batches.
  • Cook on the air fry setting at 310F for 5-7 minutes, or until the cookies are cooked through and golden brown. Gently remove the cookies and allow to fully cool before serving (they will be soft at first and firm when cooled). Enjoy!
