When ready to cook your pizza, preheat your air fryer to 380°F.
Pizza dough:
Add warm water and yeast to a large bowl. Stir and mix. Allow yeast to proof for about five minutes.
After the five minutes, add in sugar, flour, olive oil, and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
Knead with the dough hook for about five minutes on medium speed if using a stand mixer. If using your hands, transfer the dough ball to a lightly floured flat surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
Transfer the dough ball to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a clean towel for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Pizza assembly:
Once your dough has doubled in size, remove the dough ball to a lightly floured surface. Divide the ball into 4 sections.
Roll the dough using a rolling pin until it is 8 inches in diameter.
Dust the pie pan with the cornmeal and transfer the pizza dough to your pan. Press to flatten down on the bottom of the pan.
With the air fryer preheated to 380°F, cook the dough for 4 minutes.
Remove from air fryer, then top the dough with ¼ cup pizza sauce, ¼ cup cheese, ¼ cup of sausage, 1.5 tablespoons bacon and 5-6 slices of pepperoni. Cook for another 6 minutes.
Repeat steps for each pizza.
Serve and enjoy!
