  • In a large bowl, add in the old fashioned oats, maple syrup, coconut oil, light brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and vanilla. Mix ingredients until well combined.
  • Wrap air fryer basket in foil and cover basket with oatmeal mixture
  • Cook on 250 for 30 minutes stirring every ten minutes.
  • Remove granola and place on a sheet pan to dry. Let dry for 30 minutes.
