  • Preheat the air fryer to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.
  • Whisk the flour into the pan with melted butter and cook for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Add the broth to the pan and bring to a boil stirring frequently.
  • Once boiling, add the sour cream and whisk until melted. Allow the cream sauce to thicken.
  • Add the chilies and spices into the thickened sour cream sauce.
  • Remove from heat and let cool.
  • Microwave the tortillas for 20 to 30 seconds to soften them.
  • In a pan that fits your air fryer basket, pour enough of the sour cream sauce to coat the bottom of the pan.
  • Add a tablespoon of cheese to each tortilla and carefully roll them up.
  • Place the rolled tortillas in the pan with sour cream sauce.
  • Coat the top of the tortillas with more sour cream sauce and sprinkle cheese all over the top.
  • Cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 6 minutes or until cheese is melted and golden brown.
  • Garnish with sour cream, green onions, and cilantro.
