Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
In a shallow bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
In a third bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then the flour mixture, then back in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
Spray both sides of each pork chop with nonstick cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket or tray.
Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through the cook time.
