  • Preheat the air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • In a shallow bowl, stir together the flour, salt, and pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, stir together the breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder.
  • In a third bowl, whisk together the egg and milk.
  • Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then the flour mixture, then back in the egg mixture, then in the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Spray both sides of each pork chop with nonstick cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket or tray.
  • Cook in the air fryer for 12 minutes, flipping the pork chops halfway through the cook time.
