  • 3 cups Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tsps baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tbsp butter melted


  • In a medium bowl combine flour, baking soda, and salt and whisk until well combined.
  • In a small bowl combine milk and melted butter and mix until well combined.
  • Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix using a wooden spoon.
  • Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake at 300 for 50-55 minutes.
  • Let cool for 10 minutes before removing from pan.
  • Cool completely before using a bread knife to slice and serve.
