How do I make the Orange Juice Mocktails?

This bright and colorful drink recipe takes just a few minutes to put together.

Step 1: Juice the Oranges

Cut the oranges in half and press them over a juicer. Then, remove any of the seeds. If you do not like pulp in your juice, pour it over a mesh strainer with a large bowl underneath of it.

Step 2: Add Ingredients to glass and garnish

Pour freshly squeezed orange juice evenly into 4 glasses and top with sparkling cider or non-alcoholic champagne.  Add in fresh cranberries and garnish with a sprig of fresh rosemary.  That is all there is to it!

What kind of Sparkling Cider should I use for the Orange Juice Mocktails?

There are several brands of sparkling cider to choose from. I think it is best to use a clear cider or even a white sparkling grape juice that way it does not distort the beautiful color of the freshly squeezed orange juice.

I would like to use Non-Alcoholic Champagne, what brand is best?

The mocktail is delicious with apple cider, but if you want to "class it up" a bit, add Non-Alcoholic Champagne instead. Here are a few of my favorite brands that are reasonably priced and can be purchased right from Amazon!
