Ahhh...it's that time of year! The weather cools down, we strive to get back into a schedule, days shorten up and we begin to realize Fall is here. I enjoy Fall for so many reasons: it's my favorite time to run and I love the beautiful foliage here in New England.  The thing I look forward to most is Autumn harvest cooking. One of my beloved ingredients to use is Pumpkin! It is so versatile and can be used in anything from drinks and desserts to soup and pasta.   1. I love fall too...the colors of the leaves...the smell of the air as temperatures cool...and of course, Starbucks Pumpkin Spice...can't live without that! I had absolutely no clue that pumpkin could be used in so many things...and pumpkin crock pot french toast? WHAT?! And the mac & cheese looks to die for. Beautiful job on the blog and thanks for all the recipes!

  8. Fall is my favorite, and I love all things pumpkin! I actually have a pumpkin cheesecake crumble that I will be making soon and I am so excited for it!
  9. I love all the comfort foods of fall, but believe it or not, I'm not a huge fan of pumpkin! Who am I, right? What I do love is all things apple.

  12. I like pumpkin but this year I've been really loving the apple goodies more and simple things like cinnamon and maple syrup.   18. I just made pumpkin butter today. I don't care for it but my daughter does. One year she had pumpkin butter sandwiches almost everyday for lunch.
